Key Responsibilities:
- Consult with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
- Educate clients on life, health, and supplemental insurance options.
- Recommend suitable policies based on client goals, budget, and risk profile.
- Build and maintain lasting client relationships through ongoing support and service.
- Meet individual and team sales goals through referrals and outreach.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.
Who You Are:
- A strong communicator with a desire to help others
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
- Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
- Prior customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
- Must be eligible to work in Canada or the U.S. and willing to obtain insurance licensing (with our support)
